A reputable mid-market private equity firm is looking for an individual with IR or private placement experience to join their growing Investor Relations team.
Responsibilities
- Project management for fundraises including drafting and revising all marketing and diligence materials (marketing presentations, information memorandums and DDQs)
- Managing internal relationships and liaising with third-party advisors
- Proactively preparing materials to support the Investor Relations Directors in investor interactions
- Drafting and revising marketing materials
- Preparing detailed investor activity reports to ensure best-in-class client service
- Helping prepare content for investor events such as the annual investor meeting and advisory board meetings
Experience
- Circa 2-5 years' career experience to include in a private placement firm or the IR team of a private equity fund
- Strong academic track record
- Good knowledge of and interest in the private equity sector
- Able to understand and interpret complex deal data
- Advanced MS Office skills
