Our client is a leading, international full-service investment bank with a world-wide presence who are looking to expand their successful technology practice in London. You would be joining a tech franchise with over 100 bankers globally, working on sell- and buy-side M&A across the software, data analytics and wider technology ecosystem.
As a Director, you’ll be responsible for leading on the execution of M&A transactions, with a view to expanding on your origination network. Prior exposure to investment banking/M&A is a must, alongside a proven track record within the technology sector.
