The group comprises experienced, sector-dedicated bankers who advise a wide range of insurance-related clients—including carriers, brokers, and service providers—on mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital raising and other strategic transactions.
The team is known for its mid-market focus, strong relationships with private equity sponsors and founder-led businesses, and a track record of executing transactions across diverse insurance subsectors. It operates as part of a larger, well-established M&A advisory franchise with deep industry expertise and global capabilities.
Candidate requirements:
- Candidates must have 2-5 years of sell-side M&A experience.
- Prior insurance sector experience is a plus, but is not required at this level.
