The Team

A small, collaborative investment team based in London, combining financial discipline with deep sector expertise. You’ll work closely with senior investors and gain broad exposure from day one.

The Role

You will help identify high potential businesses, evaluate investment opportunities, and support the growth of a portfolio shaping the future of sustainable food and agriculture. This is a hands on role with meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in deals and portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse investment opportunities and build financial models

• Support due diligence across commercial, financial, and ESG areas

• Prepare investment materials and contribute to committee discussions

• Conduct market research and track emerging sector trends

• Work with portfolio companies on strategy, KPIs, and value creation

What You Bring

• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Sustainability

• Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or ESG analysis

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Curiosity about food systems, sustainability, and innovation

• A proactive mindset and comfort working in a lean, entrepreneurial team
