Dartmouth Partners are currently partnering with a Private Equity backed, SaaS organization, currently operating at $150M ARR.
The business has undergone significant acquisitions in the last 6 months, and an interim specialist to assist with FP&A (and wider Accounting tasks) is required.
To be considered, you MUST have a demonstrated history of partnering with SaaS organizations between $75-200M ARR, ideally with a PE backed environment.
The role is remote (in the US) with a likely contract length of 6 months.
Duties may include:
- Utilization and consistent development of key SaaS metrics for growth, including CAC, LTV and NRR
- Business partnering across key functional areas of organization, promoting positive relationships with internal stakeholders and Finance function
- Data, KPI’s and Metrics storytelling, including updates and presentation to Private Equity ownership
- Driving integration strategy across the FP&A team
- Monthly variance analysis
- Partnering with the CFO to develop and provide oversight of the financial strategy and execution, alongside SVP of FP&A
- Oversee and lead creation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts working with the CFO and the Exec team
- Prepare reporting packages clearly identifying financial insights, risks, and opportunities
- M&A activity involvement and integration strategy
- Partnering with IT function to allow continuous ERP improvements
