Role Description
Our client is seeking a junior Data Management Associate to join their Data Management team and play a key role in the commercial oversight of all data and research used across the firm.
This role is central to ensuring that high?quality data and well?managed information resources support firm?wide decision?making. You will be part of a lean, dynamic team and will work closely with stakeholders across investment, technology, legal, finance and compliance functions, gaining high visibility and exposure from the outset.
Key initiatives include:
- Administration and management of data inventory and related contracts
- Financial oversight of contracts, including invoice processing
- Coordination of contract renewals and procurement of new data services
- Relationship management with external data vendors
- Internal and third?party reporting activities

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the internal data inventory database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Ensure financial liabilities align with active contracts and process associated invoices promptly
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and other internal teams involved in data contract management
- Support the procurement and lifecycle management of datasets for various investment teams, including monitoring renewals, terminations, and key milestones

- Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience or knowledge of data management and/or procurement is essential
