Responsibilities
Strategic:- Lead the Group Finance team and Divisional Finance teams
- Interface with the owner and the wider Board
- Robust financial planning in line with the value creation plan
- Own cost management and effectively plan capital expenditure through change projects, company growth
- Able to lead M&A processes for the business, in partnership with the owner and external advisors
Operational:
- Budgeting and forecasting, working capital management
- Financial Reporting
- Re-design finance systems for the Group
Experience
Required:- 15+ years of experience
- Proven and quantifiable success in financial and strategic leadership
- Experience working in a PE-backed business
- Experience working in a complex organisation
- Experience spearheading finance systems / change projects to bring best practice into the organisation
Desired:
- Worked in a truly international business
- Experience in one of the following sectors: Business and Professional Services, Industrial Services or similar
- Likely to have led M&A transactions from a Finance perspective, including funding
- M&A integration experience
