Jo is the Group Head of Performance & Development at Dartmouth.

Jo develops innovative learning & development programmes and delivers them to the teams across the wider business. Working alongside the senior leadership team to evolve the Performance & Development strategy in order to keep up with the pace of the changing landscape and growth of the business. With a particular focus on developing the current and future leaders of the business, she ensures Dartmouth offer a bespoke learning and leadership journey. Jo aims to support the teams by creating positive and challenging environments to help them flourish.

Before joining Dartmouth, Jo spent 15 years with England Rugby, leading large remote teams of Rugby Development professionals, influencing the strategic direction of the County Unions and their volunteers and training and developing Tutors on coaching course.
