Daisy is on the Talent Attraction team at Dartmouth Partners. Her role focuses on growing Dartmouth’s internal talent through creating and implementing hiring strategies at all levels and geographies of the business.
Prior to joining Dartmouth, Daisy worked for a boutique consultancy where she partnered with recruitment and executive search firms to build on their wider talent strategies. During her time there, Daisy placed recruitment professionals into elite search firms, from graduates through to experienced senior talent.
Daisy graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a degree in English Literature and is originally from the North East of England.
