Bailey has joined Dartmouth as a Principal within the Human Resources team. He is focused on placing ambitious HR professionals into high growth organisations.
Bailey is a Principal within Dartmouth’s HR Practice. His focus is on introducing high-potential HR candidates into Financial Services firms within London.
Bailey holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Sussex and is CIPD level 7 accredited. At Dartmouth, Bailey is focused on supporting clients with junior and mid-level hiring across Generalist HR, Talent, and Learning & Development mandates.
Outside of work, Bailey is an avid sports fan, and enjoys travelling to new places and experiencing new cultures.
