Logan Naidu
About
He began his career at JPMorgan and PwC in Corporate Finance. In 2005 he co-founded the Cornell Partnership before exiting via an MBO, and founding Dartmouth in 2012.
While running the firm from a strategic perspective, Logan uses his recruitment expertise to guide consultants in the execution of roles and continues to work on senior advisory and investment mandates.
Logan has a desire for individuals and businesses to work together to mutually flourish and enjoy shared successes, and this is reflected internally at Dartmouth. Dartmouth’s success is partly due to Logan’s drive to succeed, and this has been recognised with numerous industry accolades:
- Shortlisted for EY Entrepreneur of the Year (2023)
- Shortlisted for Great British Entrepreneur (2023)
- LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders (2021)
- Debrett’s People of Today (2017)
- The Sunday Times as one of Britain’s 500 most influential people (2016)
- Shortlisted for Recruitment Entrepreneur of the Year and GB Entrepreneur of the Year in the services industry (2015)
A committed Christian, he is the father of three noisy children, husband to one ever-supportive wife, and a serious tennis and fitness nut.
“In an industry not defined by high standards, we deliberately and publicly set our bar high. I want Dartmouth to produce excellence and display kindness. We need to question and measure everything we do internally and externally to reflect that and be made accountable to it.”
