Currently, a premier NYC-headquartered secondaries fund is looking to add an Associate to their Continuation Vehicle team. The firm has a strong global track record and is one of the largest managers of secondary acquisition and co-Investment funds in the world, offering Associates meaningful responsibility and broad exposure across the full investment lifecycle within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
The Role
As part of the deal team, you will play a key role in evaluating and executing single-asset continuation vehicles, working closely with senior team members across sourcing, diligence, and execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Top applicants for this role have a total of 2-4 years of professional work experience and are either:
- Investment Bankers with high exposure to M&A deals and have strong modeling capabilities
- Direct Private Equity Investors who started their career in IB, and are keen to move into the secondaries space
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with a strong emphasis on contributing to and maintaining a positive company culture.
- Strong cultural fit and communication skills are essential
- Must be authorized to work in the US
