Investment Banking Associate (Generalist M&A)

Responsibilities

Deal Execution: Team members actively participate in M&A transactions, from origination to closing. They are deeply involved in deal structuring, due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiations. Sector Collaboration: The team works closely with their US and UK sector team counterparts.  Independent Deals: The team also runs its own deals with their own book of clients.

Experience

Experience: Seeking a mid-level Associate with a solid understanding of takeover code regulations. Background: Open to candidates from various backgrounds, however ideally exposure to working in an investment bank/corporate finance environment with proven M&A transaction exposure.
