Leading international private markets platform seeks an VP to join its London or Paris-based Investor Relations team, focused on Growth Equity and Venture Capital strategies. Sitting at the intersection of fundraising, product and investment teams, this role will support a number of flagship growth and venture funds through active fundraising cycles, helping drive capital raising efforts, investor engagement and strategic growth initiatives.
Can be based in London or Paris.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key partner to the Growth Equity and Venture Capital investment team, helping shape product strategy, positioning and market messaging.
- Support the development and growth of existing and adjacent growth and VC strategies.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of fundraising materials, investor presentations, DDQs, RFPs and data room content.
- Project manage fundraising processes and coordinate across investment, legal, compliance, finance and investor relations teams.
- Develop market intelligence, competitive analysis and product narratives.
- Contribute to product innovation, process improvement and the broader growth of the growth and VC franchise.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years’ experience within Investor Relations, Capital Formation, Placement Advisory, Product Strategy or a related private markets function.
- Strong understanding of private equity fundraising, with exposure to Growth Equity and/or Venture Capital viewed favourably.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing high-quality investor-facing materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior investment professionals, fund managers and institutional investors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership and contribute to the growth of a scaling platform.
Additional Information
This is not a sales or client-facing role. The successful candidate will work closely with investment teams to support fundraising, investor due diligence and product development initiatives.
