Dartmouth Partners is partnering with a growing lender finance platform to identify a Lender Finance Portfolio Manager based in Dallas, TX.
Our client provides credit facilities to factors, asset-based lenders, commercial finance companies, and specialty finance platforms across the U.S. With approximately $200 million in AUM and relationships with more than 50 lenders, the firm has established itself as a respected participant in the lender finance market.
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing borrower relationships, monitoring portfolio performance, reviewing financial and collateral reporting, and partnering closely with senior leadership to support a growing portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of lender finance relationships
- Review financial statements, borrowing bases, and collateral reporting
- Monitor credit quality, covenant compliance, and portfolio performance
- Build and maintain strong borrower relationships
- Participate in renewals, amendments, and credit reviews
- Work closely with senior management on portfolio strategy and risk management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, underwriting, or credit analysis
- Background in ABL, factoring, specialty finance, commercial finance, or lender finance preferred
- Strong financial analysis and risk assessment capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
