We are supporting a rapidly growing credit alternatives asset management firm that is looking to add an Investor Relations Analyst to their dynamic IR/BD team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain all marketing and investor communication materials, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate and deliver recurring and ad hoc investor reports, managing timelines and quality control.
- Manage and update data rooms, consultant databases, and prime brokerage platforms, ensuring content integrity and version control.
- Support the completion, review, and ongoing maintenance of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Organise and participate in investor due diligence meetings and calls as required.
- Track and report fundraising activities, investor interactions, and pipeline developments within the CRM system to support global capital-raising efforts.
- Plan and oversee the firm’s conference and event calendar, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and effective follow-up.
- Respond to inbound investor inquiries, triaging and directing them to the appropriate team members promptly and professionally.
Experience
Requirements:
- 3–5 years working with institutional investors.
- Prior exposure to Private Credit is required.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
