William Wemyss

William is motivated by providing in-depth sectoral insight and uses his narrow focus to run tight, well-researched, high-touch search processes. He is driven by constant growth, running a team of experienced search professionals committed to the same goal.

William has placed over 100 candidates into Corporate Development and Strategy roles in PE-backed businesses, working hand-in-glove with CEOs, CFOs and Partners in PE funds. He has assisted in building many M&A teams from scratch, guiding clients through carefully curated candidate maps to ensure best-in-market hires.

William has an Economics, Finance and International Business degree from Oxford Brookes. He is currently studying for an MBA through Dartmouth’s partnership with London Business School. Outside the office, William enjoys skiing, active holidays, cooking and all things automotive.
