Will Lambeth

Will works closely with practice leaders across Dartmouth’s service areas to ensure they deliver the highest quality work for clients and candidates, provide development and growth opportunities for consultants, and continue to raise the bar in recruitment. 

Will is heavily involved with Dartmouth’s private equity client base and supports the industry in its pursuit to improve diversity and inclusion. He spearheaded Dartmouth’s Women in Private Equity initiative in 2014, with the aim to improve female representation across all levels by increasing the number of women entering the industry.

Will began his recruitment career in 2008 and spent the earlier part working with a diverse range of clients, including venture capital, credit, and traditional LBO funds. Before this, Will spent 6.5 years in the British Army.
