Talya is dedicated to developing genuine relationships and understanding what individuals are seeking deeply and holistically to be true partners throughout their search.
New to the team, Talya has spent the last three years honing her skills in the Accounting and Finance space and has begun applying her expertise in this area with Dartmouth Partners. In this arena, she has placed 50+ candidates into roles that leverage their skills while fulfilling their goals beyond the job duties.
Talya earned her degree from North Carolina State University in Animal Science. Before joining Dartmouth, she developed her recruiting ability at strong national firms like Addison Group.
Outside the office, Talya is an avid reader and plant lover and spends most of her time with her Doberman, Lady.
