Sydni focuses on Early Careers recruitment for Dartmouth’s New York team.
Before joining Dartmouth Partners, she worked in the nonprofit sector and human resources before transitioning into recruiting. Building meaningful connections with others is a central part to Sydni’s partnerships with talent and organizations.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Human Development and Family Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With a strong desire to stay connected to the city she lives in, Sydni enjoys exploring new neighborhoods and trying out different coffee shops with friends. She loves all things creative – from attending concerts and visiting museums to writing.
