Before joining Dartmouth, Ryan worked in a similar role, where he focused on sourcing exceptional talent for venture capital and growth equity firms. His enthusiasm for the space continues to grow, and he remains committed to supporting both clients and candidates as they navigate the evolving investment industry.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys watching sports and discovering new music.
