Rachael is committed to developing authentic partnerships with both candidates and clients. She has a track record of placing Associate to Senior Director level roles with Private Equity-backed, listed and private businesses across the TMT sector.
Rachael holds a degree in Geography, graduating from Queen’s University Belfast in 2019. Before joining Dartmouth, she started her recruitment career by supporting Lloyd’s Market Insurance firms with Technology and Change hires.
Outside the office, Rachael enjoys Japanese cuisine, exploring new countries, and a nice dry Rose. She’s also an avid Tottenham supporter.
