About
Nafi's specialist focus is on Director, MD and Partner level searches across capital raising and investor relations role. He has made IR placements into private equity, real assets and credit funds, as well as consulting boutique and mid-market managers on their very first, and pivotal, IR hire.
Nafi has deep experience on building functional and successful team, having previously set up the largest IR recruitment team in the industry. He prides himself on the genuine relationships he has with his candidates and clients, and is on a mission to provide the best recruitment experience in the IR market. It was Dartmouth's strong reputation for building genuine relationships and providing an unrivalled level of service to their candidates and clients that attracted Nafi to joining the team.
Outside of work, Nafi is an avid sports fan. After successful surgery on both shoulders over the last 3 years, he is more a spectator then a player. Supporting Sheffield United and the Cleveland Browns, in his beloved Football and NFL, has kept him humble over many years.
