Before Dartmouth, Max worked for a specialist boutique search firm for the built environment and continues to place associate to director level talent across this sector. Outside of the office, Max is an active, social and sporty person who enjoys spending his weekends playing and watching rugby and golf as well as spending time with friends and family.
