Marcus specialises in placing permanent finance professionals into mid-senior level positions across alternative and traditional investment managers.

Before joining Dartmouth Partners, Marcus spent nine years working for a global financial services recruitment firm where he developed and led the Finance into Funds division.

He graduated from Southampton University with a degree in Marketing. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys keeping fit, climbing mountains, and spending time with his family.
