Lizzie is a Managing Director and Head of the Early Careers and Corporate Finance & M&A teams. She champions the Classroom to Boardroom business model and the value of building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
As an early careers recruitment expert, she has seen first-hand the pivotal role campus engagement can play in a company’s brand building, talent pipelining and, most notably, DEI strategy. Creating equal opportunities is a key aspiration behind the early careers’ team philosophy.
With over a decade of experience, Lizzie has supported hundreds of students to secure their first jobs, many of whom have since become clients. She has spent over ten years working across the advisory and investment space and alongside leading the Early Careers practice, Lizzie also oversees the running of the Corporate Finance & M&A team.
Lizzie has a double degree in English Literature and Russian from Edinburgh University and joined Dartmouth as a graduate after a brief stint interning in Financial PR. Outside the office, she adores dogs, enjoys being active, and has performed at the London Palladium.
