Her consultative, insight-driven methodology combines deep market expertise with a keen understanding of firm dynamics, enabling her to identify and attract top-tier talent.

Before joining Dartmouth, Lara spent five years in global investment banking recruitment, successfully placing candidates across EMEA and the US. With access to a deep international talent network, she connects clients with the best investment professionals worldwide.

Lara holds a first-class degree in Geography from the University of Oxford, where she honed her resilience and discipline through university-level rowing. Outside of work, she is very passionate about travel and discovering different culinary experiences around the world.
