James leads the Energy & Diversified Industrials team, placing top-tier Strategy and M&A professionals across Energy, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Engineering, Business Services and Manufacturing.

At the heart of James’ journey are the invaluable partnerships he cherishes and working closely with his clients and candidates to achieve incredible outcomes. James gets enormous satisfaction from seeing how the candidates he’s placed have flourished in their careers.

James holds an English & Politics degree from the University of Southampton. In his spare time, James is “enjoying” renovating his house, is an avid car and plane enthusiast, and best of all, a proud Dad.
