Jack joins Dartmouth Partners as a Principal in the Technology leadership practice with a core focus on Data & AI. Over the past two years, he has focused on senior technology leadership roles, successfully building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams during his career. His approach is both people-centric and data-driven, underpinned by a deep commitment to understanding client objectives and delivering bespoke talent solutions.

Jack is passionate about building enduring partnerships with clients and candidates alike, striving to act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Outside the office, Jack is a keen cook and dedicated foodie. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he enjoys watching football, cricket, and most other sports. Most weekends, you’ll find him exploring the countryside on long walks with his energetic dog, Frank.
