Holly Domjan

Holly finds great satisfaction in advising candidates and supporting them with in-depth market insights to help them with their next career move. She also aims to provide her clients with a detailed and methodical approach. Her dedicated, honest, and collaborative nature fosters long-term partnerships and allows for a very tailored service.

She joined Dartmouth in 2019, where she initially focused on the Credit industry. She ended up switching her focus to building our Real Assets team. Due to her efforts, the team has now grown to five highly specialised consultants.

Under Holly’s leadership, the team continues to successfully leverage legacy business relationships. The team also fosters new partnerships with clients across the Infrastracture, Energy, and Real Estate sectors.

Holly graduated from the University of Exeter with a first-class degree in Business and Management. Besides a passion for cooking, Holly keeps active by spending a lot of her free time outdoors, doing fitness, and playing Netball.
