Holly is a Consultant at Dartmouth Partners, specialising in recruiting at the mid-senior level for Corporate and Fund Accounting professionals for firms across the Private Markets.
With a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology from Loughborough University, Holly applies her understanding of human behaviour to truly grasp the needs of both candidates and hiring managers. Her previous experience recruiting within Financial Services has given her a strong foundation to navigate the complexities of the Private Markets sector.
Outside of work, Holly is an avid hockey player. She captains her local club’s Ladies 1st team and is passionate about mentoring the next generation, coaching younger players as they transition into the adult section of the club.
