His early career led him to work in investment banking in London. He started out as a Rating Analyst and worked his way up to a Director role within Leverage Finance and Syndications. Gareth worked with the likes of Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas.
His journey before Dartmouth also included his own boutique search firm in South Africa. The focus was on placing female professionals across banking, financial services, and corporates.
Gareth has successfully matched hundreds of candidates with their dream roles. This was made possible by his successful and cutting-edge search strategies. He also has a talent for building strong relationships with hiring managers in the world’s leading firms across all areas of credit.
When he’s not helping talents to their dream jobs, he is chasing after his two young sons and keeping them entertained with a variety of different sports.
