Originally from Los Angeles, Emily completed her Law, Societies and Justice degree at the University of Washington before joining Dartmouth as a graduate.
"Last year, I ran a DEI workshop focused on fostering an inclusive culture in the workplace, which was incredibly rewarding. I engaged directly with the team to explore the dimensions of diversity, challenge pre-existing notions relating to unconscious bias, and brainstorm tangible actions to work towards a more inclusive workplace.
Acting as a consultant to help my clients address their complex problems has always been one of my favourite elements of the role, and running this workshop reminded me of just that."
