Elena Barclay
About
Over her tenure with Dartmouth, Elena has focused on teams across Germany, the Nordics, France and the US. She is motivated by developing individuals to deliver the highest quality service to candidates and clients.
Elena’s drive comes from being exposed to multiple start-up offices and desks, and she recognises that only when delivering the best service is it possible to build a disruptive brand in a new marketplace.
Elena has worked on numerous diversity initiatives for some of the leading global PE funds in conjunction with industry-wide events. She is committed to changing the makeup of the private equity industry in Europe.
Elena has a European Politics and Economics degree from Kings College London and the Humboldt University in Berlin. In her free time, Elena is found cooking, at a yoga class, or at her passion project with a refugee agency that assists new arrivals in Germany to find long-term and permanent work.
