Elena Agnifili

Elena embodies Dartmouth’s values, being passionate about establishing long-term, professional relationships based on trust. It’s not just about quickly filling a position for her but understanding and aligning skills, goals, and company culture between client and talent.

Before she joined Dartmouth, Elena gained a lot of industry expertise while working for several international companies after she moved to Germany seven years ago. Some of the businesses are Dell Technology and Degussa Bank.

After joining Dartmouth in 2020, Elena worked tirelessly to help clients and candidates find their perfect match. Besides her industry expertise, her passion, hard work, and commitment to excellence have companies and job-seekers working with us over and over.

In her time at Dartmouth, she has successfully placed a great number of Associates, Senior Associates, and Director-level investment professionals. Her support encompasses partnerships across Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Milan, Paris, and London.

A native Italian, Elena successfully graduated the University of Rome Tor Vergata in 2016, where she studied Business and Economics. She went on to complete a master’s in Management at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

When she’s not supporting our clients and candidates, she spends most of her free time in nature and is a big animal lover. Her dog, Alice, has quickly become an office-favourite amongst colleagues, clients, and candidates. Her passion for new cultures also fuels her love for travel.
