Doug is an Associate specialising in Early Careers recruitment, aiding candidates from school leavers to master\’s graduates in starting their careers.
Over the almost two years that Doug has been at Dartmouth, he’s placed roles across buy-side and sell-side finance, whether front-office investment & advisory or middle to back-office operations and finance.
He graduated from the University of St. Andrews in 2021 with an MA in Social Anthropology and joined the Dartmouth team shortly after graduation. When he’s not in the office, Doug enjoys escapism – which he finds most effective in the mountains, going fishing, or visiting his family in Scotland.
