Daivik is a Principal in the Real Assets team at Dartmouth, focusing on recruiting within Infrastructure.
Daivik creates genuine relationships with his candidates, understanding what they want in their career to successfully place them with the right client. Daivik has the benefit of having experienced different recruitment markets and has worked in Dubai and London.
He earned a bachelor’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta, a top 20 University in the US, where he majored in Economics with a minor in Environmental science. Before joining Dartmouth, he spent five years at Hays in their Dubai office, specialising in Banking and Financial Services.
Outside the office, Daivik enjoys following Liverpool Football Club (most days), reading books on personal development, and spending time with his dog, Baxter.
