Bikram Rana

Bikram is motivated by the opportunity to make an impact on others. He is passionate about helping firms grow and reach their goal, as well as supporting candidates on their career journey. He thrives on building strong relationships with our partners and all stakeholders and is there for them through all their challenges.

Before Dartmouth, he worked at Broadreach Group in the US. There, his focus was on recruiting professionals for hedge funds. Bikram continues to be a dedicated support system for anyone he works with. His empathetic, knowledgeable, and tenacious nature allows him to help a broad range of our clients and candidates.

He has successfully placed over 60 investment professionals across Europe and the Middle East. His clients range from small, family-led offices and brokers, all the way to global investment management firms and banks.

Bikram is a graduate of Columbia University, where he got his degree in Operations Research. Outside of being an avid reader and enjoying exploring new culinary areas, he is also a fan of cricket and football.
