Will is Head of London and has a focus on recruitment into Private Equity European and UK investment firms.
He is an experienced recruiter, he focuses on European and UK Private Equity investment firms.
Will began his recruitment career in 2008 and spent the earlier part of his career working with a diverse range of clients including venture capital, credit and traditional LBO funds.
Since 2014, he has also spearheaded Dartmouth’s Women in Private Equity initiative. The aim is to improve female representation across all levels by increasing the number of women entering the industry.
Prior to beginning his career in recruitment, Will spent 6.5 years in the British Army.
