Steven leads Dartmouth’s Human Resources practice and plays a key role in growing the HR team. He partners with clients to identify and hire the best talent.

A recruitment specialist of over a decade, Steven is adept at supporting organisations through hyper-growth or significant change and restructuring. Through his holistic view of the market, he has developed unique expertise and is well placed to navigate the intricacies and complexity of the people needs within your business – regardless of any divisional, geographic, or business unit considerations. Steven places a high value on relationships and acting with honesty and integrity, priding himself on operating as a true growth partner to the businesses he works with.

Steven studied History at Sheffield Hallam University before beginning his recruitment career, initially in Finance & Accountancy before specialising in Human Resources.

Outside of work, Steven regularly completes in triathlons and has recently completed two Ironman events.
