Prior to joining Dartmouth, Bikram worked for a boutique recruitment firm for over four years where he recruited Front Office talent across strategies for hedge fund and other alternative asset management clients in the US and UK.
Bikram graduated from Columbia University in New York with a degree in Operations Research.
