Andy is a Director in our Alternative Investments practice.

He focuses on search execution for a broad range of Private Equity clients across traditional LBO, mid-market, growth equity, and venture capital funds across Europe and the UK.

Prior to joining Dartmouth in 2017, Andy worked for three years in a global recruitment firm where he specialised in M&A recruitment in the European mid-market.

Andy studied at the University of Brighton where he graduated with a 2.1 in Sports & Exercise Science.
