James has been our "go to" for recruiting for the past 12 months. Covering both London and Dublin, in the searches he has filtered and found the right candidate within a very short timeframe. We are often encouraged to use our internal recruiting system but that James' filtering and insight far outweighs the benefit of any cost saving from using our internal system. Always responsive, I personally wouldn't use any other recruiter in London.
