This programme is open to professionals with a background in recruitment, executive search, professional services or financial services returning to work after time out for any reason.

As a Returner, you’ll be part of one of our specialist recruitment teams and will work with your team on delivering best-in-class recruitment solutions to clients.  Your team leader will support you directly both with your transition back into the workforce and in developing your skills.

The programme

Temp to perm option

An initial period of three months, with the objective of transitioning to a permanent fee-earning role at the end of that period.

meet-team

Tailored to suit your needs

Between two and four days per week with your “home” team, contributing towards the team’s income generation through recruitment-related activities.

testing

Structured learning

Half a day per week of structured L&D; half a day per week dedicated to immersive learning alongside your Returner counterparts.

cv-review

Ongoing development

Monthly check-ins with a business buddy who will help you develop an internal network.
