You will have exposure to the entire fundraising process, from taking part in fundraising pitches and building your own LP network, to managing the GP client, to technical project management work. You will be supporting senior team members on preparing marketing/pitch materials, conducting investor due diligence, maintaining and updating CRM’s and much more. This is a role where you will get a lot of responsibility and be a point of contact to the investors quickly.
Responsibilities
- Lead private capital raise processes across multiple product lines, ranging from private equity and credit to venture capital and real assets
- Oversee work products produced by Analysts and Associates, including status reports, activity reports, roadshows calendars, investor profiles, agendas and marketing materials
- Communicate directly with clients on fundraise activity, roadshows and marketing materials and provide strategic and advisory input to clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with various institutional investors across European jurisdictions, undertaking distribution activity, ensuring the transaction is driven forward and actions are completed
Experience
To be considered for this role, you will need:- Strong academics at minimum Bachelor degree level.
- Excellent technical investor management / project management skillset, gained through experience in either a Private Placement firm, or a Private Markets Investor Relations team.
- Refined financial and analytical skills combined with very strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing both senior and external stakeholders with the highest degree of professionality.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter attitude, where you can operate effectively with autonomy as well as in a team setting.
- Fluency in both English and German.
