This role will be for the Media and Telecom team in New York providing M&A advice in North America as well as collaborating with colleagues in international offices on cross-border assignments. The broader team in New York covers M&A, Restructuring and Debt/Equity Capital Markets advisory across a broad range of sectors.

Responsibilities

Execution of live buy and sell-side transactions in the media and telecoms sectorOversee financial modelling, and valuation analysisManaging analysts and overseeing various workstreams

Experience

Prior sector experience in another investment bank is required.Candidates require a minimum of 6 years prior experience.
