Dartmouth has been exclusively mandated to hire a Mid to Senior Associate-level candidate for a market-leading TMT team, specialising in Telecoms & Digital Infrastructure. This is a growth-oriented position.
In this role, you will be involved in upper mid-market and multi-billion-pound transactions within the telecom and digital infrastructure sectors. The team has a strong pipeline of projects ahead, focusing on sell-side, multi-billion-pound/euro transactions.

Responsibilities
Assist in leading the transaction processes together with senior members of the firm; Lead the creation of financial models and perform company valuations; Overseeing and leading the creation and preparation of client presentations in support of new business development and transaction execution; Developing, analysing, and presenting historical and projected financial information; Coordinating and performing business due diligence; Overseeing the preparation of confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations; Attend client meetings build and maintain client relationships; Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to the team such as Analysts and Junior Associates.Experience
Our client is looking for a high achiever with a proven track record in investment banking, with strong quantitative and analytical skills, together with excellent interpersonal qualities.Years of M&A experience: 5+
