Senior IR Associate

With plans to broaden the firm‘s sales efforts and a new fund on the horizon, they look to strengthen its investor relations function. The successful candidate will build an understanding of the firm's strategy and become versed in quantitative and qualitative metrics related to the firm’s portfolio and performance.

The candidate will drive investor communications, produce timely investor reporting, service ad-hoc queries, play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing materials (incl. DDQ and pitchbook) and organize the AGM. The role will assure visibility and accountability of the pipeline (incl. CRM), manage placement agents and project manage the next fundraise. The role is primarily office based, with some travel to meet investors when required.

Responsibilities

This role will suit someone who is entrepreneurial, a thoughtful problem-solver and eager to drive hands-on initiatives and execution. The ideal profile is someone with 3 - 6 years of experience and has ideally an in-house investor relations experience including a few years in either investment banking, investment management or project management at a placement agent.
