Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and senior bankers
- Participate in and carry out M&A and corporate finance transactions
- Assist in the deal execution process
- Develop financial models and perform valuations
- Conduct detailed research on industries and companies
- Prepare and update business development presentations specific to various industries
Candidate Requirements:
- 1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in investment banking
- Residing in Frankfurt or willing to relocate
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling or relevant formal training
- Proven record of stellar academic performance
- Fluency in both German and English
Desired Experience
