Senior Associate – Real Estate Debt

This is an exciting role with excellent exposure in a relatively lean team that sits within a multi-billion dollar alternatives manager.

This group invests in commercial real estate loans and securitized assets in both the primary and secondary markets. 

 

Responsibilities

Supporting Principals in various components of the investment process including: - Undertaking fundamental analysis of commercial real estate debt investments on a primary and secondary basis - Running diligence workstreams - Involvement in structuring and legal negotiations. - Portfolio monitoring, including restructuring where necessary.

Experience

2-5 years experience in real estate lending, ideally gained in an investing environment.
